Start with clean skin and thoroughly wet your face with water or a suitable toner. Do not use the ultrasonic cleansing function on dry skin.

Switch on the device and select Cleaning. Hold the spatula at approximately a 30–45° angle and slowly glide it across wet skin using light pressure. Keep your skin moist throughout.

Switch between Cleaning, Lifting, Ion+ or Ion− depending on the step in your routine. For skincare-focused modes, apply your serum or moisturiser and gently glide the appropriate side of the spatula upward and outward.

Switch off and wipe the metal spatula clean after use. Do not immerse the electrical device in water.

Use gentle pressure and keep the spatula moving. Avoid broken, irritated or inflamed skin and stop use if irritation or discomfort occurs.
